Madrid is a fantastic city to visit. It has good food, great people and plenty of attractions to explore, such as the Prado Museum, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace. Sometimes when you travel you want to be able to cook your own food, not necessarily stay at the best hotels. In this blog post I’ll share my ultimate list of Madrid hotels with kitchenettes to help you pick the best option for you. This post contains affiliate links. ApartoSuites Jardines de Sabatini is a 4 star aparthotel located near the Royal Palace. The location is great since you can walk to the palace and its gardens, viewpoints, and historic sights.
Here the suites come with full kitchenettes, including a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and cooking utensils. So it’s perfect if you want to cook your own food or if you travel with family.
The rooms also feel home like and they have a separate living area.
But the coolest thing about this aparthotel is that they also have a rooftop terrace with views over the palace. This is so special!
If you want a comfortable stay at a place with a kitchenette in a central location and with a rooftop terrace, this is the perfect choice.

VP Jardín de Recoletos

VP Jardín de Recoletos is one of the 4-star hotels located in the upscale Salamanca district of Madrid. This area is great since you can walk to high-end shops, cafés, and Retiro Park in just a few minutes.
Their rooms include a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and workspace, which makes it easy to make tea, snacks, or light meals during your stay.
The rooms are bright and spacious with modern décor and comfortable beds. Some even offer views over the hotel’s lovely garden.
There is also a cafe and restaurant on site, and the hotel staff are known for being helpful with local tips and directions.
If you want a central hotel with kitchenette features and a quiet, leafy location, VP Jardín de Recoletos is a very good choice.

Each apartment includes a modern kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, fridge, and basic cookware.
The rooms feel stylish and well designed, with comfortable beds and living areas.
They also have a rooftop pool and terrace, which is a big bonus in such a central spot. This is another great option on Gran Via.

Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences

Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences is a 5 star hotel-style residence located along Paseo de la Castellana, one of Madrid’s most prestigious avenues.
The location is excellent since you’re close to shopping, restaurants, and the city’s cultural spots.
At this hotel the apartments include fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The residences feel spacious and modern, with separate living, dining and sleeping areas that make longer stays more comfortable. The beds are also comfortable and the rooms have plenty of natural light.
The building also has services like concierge support, stylish communal spaces, and easy access to the rest of Madrid both by metro and bus.
If you want hotel-level service combined with the comfort and convenience of a proper kitchen, then Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences is a wonderful option.
