Sailing the Amalfi Coast: June 14-21
What I like about group trips is that you start the trip with a group of strangers and end the trip with lifelong friends and a bunch of unforgettable moments.
The Amalfi Coast is a popular destination in Italy that is best experiences on a boat.
That’s because you can visit multiple towns and their main attractions in a short amount of time.
At the same time, you can admire the spectacular views of the picturesque villages from the water, something you can’t easily do if you just visit the towns by land.

Amalfi trip itinerary
This incredible solo vacation starts in Salerno a city at the Tyrrhenian Sea that dates to prehistoric times. Once you arrive in Salerno the skipper and the trip leaders (myself included!) will greet you and you will meet your fellow travelers.
This first day will be dedicated to settling into our yacht charter, gathering groceries with the group, and preparing for our sailing adventure.
On day two we set sail to the amazing Positano, a hidden gem on the Amalfi Coast. For dinner, we will go to the famous La Tagliata Restaurant to sample some delicious local cuisine. This restaurant is located on a steep mountainous slope, right above the sea.
We’ll spend day 3 on the island of Capri has been a resort destination since the Roman times. There we will enjoy gorgeous beaches and charming villas.

Day 4 is for exploring Ischia, the largest and most developed island in the Bay of Naples. It is also home to a dormant volcano and is known for its mineral-rich thermal waters.
We’ll spend day 5 in Sorrento, the perfect summer destination known for its amazing hotels, cafes, and overall romantic vibe. You will not find any beaches here as the entire city is perched atop a cliff with sweeping sea views.
On day 6 we’ll visit an authentic lemon farm in Amalfi to learn about the lemon industry in Italy and taste every imaginable lemon-inspired treat – including the infamous limoncello which is native to Amalfi.
Then on day 7 we start going back to our starting point of Salerno. But we will first stop in the small town of Ravello.
On day 8 we say goodbye to our new group of friends (who were complete strangers a week ago!) and we prepare to head home.

How much is the Amalfi trip?
The trip costs 2,225 euros. The deposit to secure your spot is 600 euros. Then another 25% is due 90 days before the trip. And the final 50% is due 60 days before the trip.

Epic Romania group trip: August 30 – September 6
This trip is an incredible opportunity to explore hidden gems in Romania, a highly underrated country in Eastern Europe. I was born and raised in Romania and I moved back here in 2024 after living in NYC for 14 years, so you’ll be exploring Romania with a local.

Romania trip itinerary
The trip starts in Bucharest, the capital city. After a day of exploring historic sites we will head over to Brasov, a medieval town nested in the Carpathian Mountains.
This is where the fun begins because I personally curated activities to offer you the best possible experience in Romania.
We will go bear watching, hike to the Brasov sign, walk on one of the narrowest streets in Europe, visit an impressive Gothic church, visit Dracula’s Castle and so much more.
The itinerary is full of unique experiences and blends with popular destinations with off-the-beaten path attractions. It’s guaranteed you’ll have the trip of a lifetime and meet like-minded people (or who knows, maybe a new best friend!).
We will also immerse ourselves in the local culture. We will have a local cuisine cooking workshop in a village in Transylvania to learn how to cook some delicious dishes, we will visit a sheepfold, and a gypsy community.
Then we will head over to Sighisoara, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most well-preserved medieval towns in Europe.
It’s a great city to explore at your own pace and you’ll have plenty of free time to make sure you can wander aimlessly on its cobblestone streets.
Another stop on the itinerary is the Turda Salt Mine, which was renovated into an impressive tourist attraction that has an underground lake, a Ferris Wheel, ad tennis courts.
The trip ends in Bucharest, where we will spend an afternoon at Therme Bucharest, Europe’s largest wellness center.

How much does the trip cost?
The trip costs 1,590 euros. The first 5 people who book can use code SOLOINSTYLE for 100 euros off.
The price is for a twin shared room, which means that you will share the room with one other person. If you don’t want to share the room you can pay for a single supplement. For single rooms the trip costs 2,990 euros.
Only a 300 euro deposit is needed for booking and the final payment is due on June 25.

Incredible Egypt exploration: September 27 – October 5
If you’re a fan of ancient history, this Egypt group tour is perfect for you. The country has so much to offer: ancient temples, ancient history, a vibrant culture, cruising on the River Nile – just to name a few.
However, many solo travellers said they had negative experiences when they visited Egypt due to unwanted attention. That’s why, in my opinion, Egypt is one of the bucket list destinations that is best suited for group travel.
You’ll be with a group of like-minded travelers and you’ll have peace of mind when it comes to personal safety.

Egypt trip itinerary
The Egypt group trip starts in Cairo. Once you land, you will be met by us before the passport control area. We will assist you through immigration and escort you to your private transfer, which will then take you directly to the hotel.
The first full day starts with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx, two of the most iconic attractions in the world. I’m so excited to visit them for the first time!
At night we board a sleeper train and we wake up the next morning in Aswan. After exploring the city, in the afternoon we’ll go on a felucca ride on the Nile and then we’ll board the cruise ship to begin our Nile cruise.
We will stop at Kom Ombo, Abu Simble, Luxor, The Valley of the Kings, and Karnak Temple. There is even an optional hot air balloon ride over Luxor. It’s an incredible itinerary that will allow you to make some incredible memories.
Then we will spend a day in Hurghada to relax by the Red Sea in a luxury resort. Then we’ll head back to Cairo, say goodbye to our new friends and head home.

How much does the trip cost?
The trip costs $2,390. If you use code SOLOINSTYLE when you book you can save $50.
The price is for a twin shared room, which means that you will share the room with one other person. If you don’t want to share the room you can pay for a single supplement. If you want your own room, the trip costs $3,990.
